Ulrich Beck



Ulrich Beck (born May 15, 1944) is a German sociologist. He coined the term risk society and was a professor of Sociology at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich until 2009. He holds a professorship at Munich University and at the London School of Economics. Continue Reading »
